On arrival at Khajuraho Airport or Jhansi Railway Station, you will be warmly welcomed by our driver-cum-representative waiting outside the exit gate. From here, begin your drive to Orchha, a historic town in Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh, known for its stunning medieval architecture and rich Bundela heritage.

Orchha was founded in the 16th century by Rudra Pratap Singh of the Bundela dynasty. Later, King Bir Singh Deo, a great patron of art and architecture, gave Orchha its remarkable palaces, temples, and monuments. En route, you may stop at a local restaurant for lunch (on your own).

Upon arrival, proceed for an Orchha sightseeing tour where you will explore:

  • Raj Mahal – famous for its beautiful murals and grandeur.

  • Laxmi Narayan Temple – a blend of temple and fort architecture.

  • Jahangir Mahal – an iconic 17th-century palace built to honor Emperor Jahangir’s visit.

After exploring Orchha’s heritage charm, continue your drive to Khajuraho (approx. 172 km). On arrival, check-in to your hotel, relax, and enjoy an overnight stay at Khajuraho.
